Terms of Service

Last updated: September 17, 2026

Template notice: these terms are a starting point. Have them reviewed by a qualified professional for your business and jurisdiction before relying on them.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using ADHD Money Guard (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Not financial advice

The Service is an organization and planning tool. Figures such as Safe-to-Spend, forecasts, scores and payoff estimates are based only on the information you enter and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for your financial decisions.

3. Your account

4. Plans and payments

The Free plan is available at no cost. Paid plans (Pro and Advanced) and their prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice. When paid plans launch, subscriptions will renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the policy shown at checkout.

5. Your data

You own the data you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service. You can export or delete it at any time.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, including attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the Service, reverse engineering security controls or using it for unlawful purposes.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Please keep your own backups using the export feature.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADHD Money Guard is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for financial decisions made using the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
